Lu'Ann Reeder

Guitar/Lead Vocal

Lu'Ann mowed lawns to make enough money to buy her first guitar at the age of 12 and hasn't looked back.  She developed her own picking style and began touring as a professional musician in her 20s both as a solo artist and with long time lead guitarist Mary B. Ellis .  Throughout her career as a mental health specialist, Lu'Ann always found time for music, playing in Denver with G.I.N band.  Retirement led her to Vallectio Lake Colorado, and Reeder and Spencer was born. 

Emily Spencer

Mandolin/Harmonies
 

Emily has enjoyed playing music since  the 4th grade when she started playing the violin, and continued playing in her school's orchestra through graduation.  Emily returned to music in her 30s playing fiddle with a bluegrass band called Texas Zephyr.  Emily picked up the mandolin for the first time in 2012 and also sang bass with the Women's Prerogative, a women's barbershop chorus.  Emily met Lu'Ann in 2018 at their church, and through that friendship gained the confidence to start gigging!
